Butterfly Garden, or Banteay Srey Butterfly Centre, is the biggest place of its kind in South East Asia. It is a great new attraction close to Siem Reap, some 25 km north of the city.
National park Phnom Kulen is just about 50km north of Siem Reap.
The Ream National Park is one of the seven National Parks in Cambodia, established in 1993 when the Cambodian government began to take action to protect many of its threatened areas.
